I think that Katsu's HDMI MOD is fake

Not much of a serious thread, but I'd like to say that we can stop hoping that Katsu will share with us the schematics of the "Mod", the last time he talked about his HDMI mod was like 1 month ago. Now he's quiet on Twitter. I've seen him hanging on the forums though, people did ask him about his mod, but everytime that question comes up, he tries to avoid it.
Verdict: Katsu trolled us all. I have given up my hopes for him to share the schematics with us.

if you want to counter controversial subjects,maybe try to make it look less dramatic? there's no need to belittle this guy. although it's a bit true that it looks halfway fake imo.

Well, his 'dual boot' post had incomplete info to be 100% trusted (
viewtopic.php?f=64&t=36806&p=328368#p328335).
Still not necessarily fakes, maybe he knows he could make it in theory, just didn' really did it in practice. Or just didn't wanted to share the details. Who knows?

2-3 people and has offered to sell commercial purposes. that's why I do not share.
that's why some people do not want to earn money.

I see, but then once you shared the details, those 2-3 people cant gain much money from it since it is publicly known method.

So why couldn't you say it before? People are excited about your finding, and you just ignore it, rather than post a new status on Twitter and explain to the people that you changed your plans. I bet they wont be happy to hear it.

Lol are you DEMANDING timely updates on a sensitive project? You got all excited by a POC, and afaik he didn't made any promises so... wait?

Actually he did say "details soon" on Twitter to the people who were wondering if he is going to tell them.
