I have the 2.61 firmware and Urbanix purchased.
Later today I will transfer the game on PsVita with my PS3.
Then, how can I start the TN-V4? The files that will be released will work with Urbanix?

No, they won't work as they contain only user mode files, nothing kernel/TN related. However after files will be released it should work on 2.61 (so you can manualy update to this fw if you want the newest fw possible for Urbanix). Because of the recent changes in PSP emu it wouldn't work 3.00 and later so buying it while being on fw later than 2.61 would be pointless.
