Is the PsVita hacked?
There are no native PS Vita hacks released yet, only exploits in PSP games that allow more features in the PSP Emulator.

What are exploits?
Vulnerabilities in psp/vita games we use to gain access to things we don't have with regular firmware

What is ecfw?
Ecfw means emulator custom firmware.

What features does ecfw give me?
Pretty much any feature of a hacked PSP-1000, except the ability to mount UMD-Video backups

Is it legal?
It isn't illegal

Will i get fined for this?
No

What if Sony finds out I'm using it?
They cant find out for now, but if they do your PSN account may be suspended.

When will the next exploit be released?
There is no ETA. Check back regularly on the site.

How can I get the next exploit fast?
Sign up for the site, wait for the ninja release, don't break rules, keep about $5+ in your PSN account because most of the time they're minis.

When will the PS Vita be hacked?
Well technically it has already been natively hacked by a dev already but he say its too time consuming so he's not releasing it yet until he knows Sony can't patch it

What exploits are there currently?
Here's a list of exploitable games:

Courtesy of The Z

How do I get them?
If a game supports the current latest firmware, you would sign in PSN from your Vita and download it directly.
If not, you can buy it and transfer it to your Vita via a PS3.

How do I install them
vhbl install instructions: here
ecfw install instructions: here | ark guide

What else do I need?
opencma: link

Will the Vita emulate <insert console/OS here>
If there's a PSP emulator for it, try it. Otherwise, no.

Will the Vita run Android/Windows/Apple?
No.

Will people actually search for this thread before making a new account just to start a new thread with questions that have already been answered here?
No.

Can the Vita run the Remote Play app with the exploit installed?
Yes, only if you have the latest firmware installed that gives you the access to online services or the firmware that comes with the PS4 Link app or the corresponding firmware with the PS4.

How can I P.M. you or email your for questions?
P.M. me by clicking on my name and click on private message. My email is javancehooks@gmail.com or j3lack.eagle@gmail.com

If i'm on [Insert Firmware Here], will I be able to downgrade to [Insert Firmware Here]?
No. Doesn't even need an explaination.

Can you make homebrews/apps or games for the Vita by using PlayStation Mobile and insert an exploit so we can natively hack the Vita?
No, because Sony only gives limited capabilities to PlayStation Mobile and pretty much PSM is used to find more devs to work on games for the Vita. Get what i'm saying?

Lacks information about exploits per version.
Also, if Sony do find out that you're using ecfw, your PSN account may be suspended, same as they do on the PS3. Your statement is wrong.
Editing your post some to fix grammar/spelling errors/add more information. Also, what other things should be added to it? Will wait for some input before stickying this.

This is a bit vague, perhaps list the known differences. Here are a few differences I know off the top of my head. The PSP allows UMD-Video backups to be mounted like a UMD in the drive (I asked TN to implement this but I do not think he was capable yet.) Also, psp2000 and beyond have extra RAM allowing for Savestates, Pro Online, and other plugins to work. A more correct statement would be that ecfw gives you the features that are available for psp1001 users (except for the ability to mount UMD-VIDEO backups.)

EDIT: Also PS1 support is crippled (audio issues, FMV problems) on ARK/TN ecfw.
