Questions About the PS Vita's Cameras/Microphone?

So, I recalled reading somewhere, a while ago, that Sony's ToS/Privacy Policy disregards your privacy, and that they have the ability to monitor/remotely use your system.
That got me thinking, can they access your cameras/microphone on the Vita, while you are connected to the internet?

I ask because I use remote-play with my PS3 a lot, and I'm not always fully dressed, or I or someone else in the house will be talking about private information(e.g. on the phone with support)

So, can/do they?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this question, and it would be great if someone could direct me to the right place if it isn't.

You can never be too paranoid in this everchanging society(especially when it's Sony or Microsoft). ;)

I suppose you might be right in this case though...

You know they(Sony) have something in their legal documents saying they can, right(well, at least I think Microsoft does)?

Also, before you might say, "Well, that wouldn't hold in court!", the judges tend to side with the companies from what I can tell.

It's almost frightening how they can bend the law by having you accept their terms(which is a wall of text you probably won't bother to read, that has no tl;dr for that reason).

Probably to catch hackers and pirates, and further limit their users.
Touch-pad for fingerprints, cameras for visual identification(front for face; back for location), and a microphone for audio identification.
Even if their terms/privacy policy don't say anything, they can change it whenever, as is written when you read them.

Also a part from their SEN Privacy Policy:

"Passive Information Collection via Sony Entertainment Network

SNEI may collect information such as SEN account holders' system IP address, IP address-related information, system Media Access Control ("MAC") address, network configuration information, network device information, peripheral information, USB device information, plug-in and monitor information, information generated by applicable devices"

It's probably nothing to worry about though, right? :P
