Possible to switch accounts on VHBL?

I figured that in order to switch to my Japanese account from US, I have to sign in to PSN at some point, which will prompt me to update. Is there no real way to switch accounts when on VHBL?

unfortunately not but you could try the old proxy trick to make the Vita think its on the latest firmware
probably wont work but since all you want to do is sign in it might work, mhee worth a shot at least :3

Switching accounts is possible (inside pspemu) - however not outside of it...
Your Vita is bound to the account you set... however inside pspemu, using hooks, it is possible to fake another PSN region and connect to that.

Thanks guys. Here's my situation, I've been trying to find a solution but they've got the system pretty locked down by this point:

I have 1.69 VHBL on one vita with a Japanese account, and another vita with US 1.80 for my main system (I have 3 memory cards too, if that helps at all). I've been trying to get all my Japanese-bought PSN games onto the 1.69 VHBL vita but didn't download them or back them up before Sony started clamping down on the exploits. So I finally switched accounts on my OFW vita and got them from the Japanese store with that one, and I'm trying to see if I can somehow copy them over or to play on the VHBL vita, but everything I try either tells me CMA can't copy the files, or I have to format the card if I load the games on a card with the OFW vita and swap the card into the VHBL vita. Have they prevented any games recently downloaded from the stores to be copied to or playable on VHBL systems?
