Alright guys, Gamescom took place and Sony unveiled tons of new info, so I decided to make an easy post with all the news. I will keep this thread up to date as stuff unfolds. 
Games
•A new Killzone game called Killzone Mercenary is coming to PlayStation Vita

•Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault will be heading for the Vita, no date is announced yet.
•Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified will be out this November, Sony said today.
It will have four-on-four multiplayer, Team Deathmatch modes, and other Vita-exclusive content. Sony will also sell bundles that feature both the game and PlayStation Vita systems.
[UPDATE:]There will be a Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified Vita bundle. The handheld included will pack a customized COD back panel. The game will be in it.

•Characters from Devil May Cry and Ape Escape will appear in PS All-Stars Royale, Sony says, confirming an earlier leak.
[UPDATE:]Sackboy, Ratchet, Spike and Dante also confirmed.
New: Escape the paper world inside your PS Vita in Tearaway, the next game from LittleBigPlanet creators Media Molecule.

•Sony's new Cross-Buy feature augments Cross-Play between PlayStation 3 and PS Vita by offering copies for both systems in one package.Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault and Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time join PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale as games that give you both platforms for the price of one.
•What we've been waiting for!!! You can get PlayStation Classics like Final Fantasy VII and Tomb Raider on your Vita starting August 28, with the new 1.80 update Sony said today at Gamescom.
BREAKING NEWS:Sony has announced that PlayStation Vita firmware 1.80 is coming August 28th in North America and bringing a ton of features. Other regions have will be the same release date as of right now.
First, firmware 1.80 will allow PSone Classics to be played on the PlayStation Vita, but it will also allow users to control their PlayStation 3 with the handheld. Here's the official breakdown. [UPDATED]
>Control the home screen and some features in applications, such as Video, Music, or Settings, using the buttons on PS Vita.
*In addition, you will be able to make various setting changes while games are running and take screenshots of your gameplay.
> Variable speed playback, fast-rewind and fast-forward, and repeat play will be supported in the Video application.
>Music playlists which are imported from PlayStation 3 (PS3) or iTunes 1 under Music application will be supported.
>"Cross-Controller" icon will be added to the LiveArea under the Remote Play application to enable users to play PS3 format software by using their PS Vita as a controller. (Depends on title, both PS3 and PS Vita software titles will be required.)
>Rear touch pad operation will be supported by the browser, allowing you to scroll through and zoom out of pages without obscuring the screen.>
>Viewing photos in MPO format will now be supported, with the ability to transfer MPO files from PS3™ and PC using Content Manager. 3D and multi-angle viewing are NOT supported.
>Along with some new layout enhancements, you will be able to take photos to add as attachments when writing Group Messages.
>The Maps feature has been improved by adding a button on the top screen to switch between “Search for Location” and “Search for Directions.” You can also touch and hold a location on the map and place a user flag.
>near will be able to gather the information of surrounding Wi-Fi access points without internet connection and update the location data based on it later. You can get location data within the area covered by Wi-Fi location services.
•Playstation Plus is coming soon to the Vita allowing memebers to get free games and content.
[UPDATE:] Users will now have 1GB of cloud storage space compared to the 150MB now.
