ps mobile (ps suite) not running vita

Im trying to run the remote admin app from PS mobile.

I downloaded the app on both PC and Vita
Installed on PC first got the USB installation error

Installed on vita succesfully

When i try export project destinatio nmit shows the vita on "off"

When i start app in vita it disapears from list and debuging will run in PC vita simulator.

So I did google it and found this:

Try reinstalling PC app but no luck

My system Has windows 8 x 64 Operating system

do you have the Dev app open ?

cause you have to be in the app for PSM to recognise the Vita

Sounds like something's wrong with the debug driver.

Computer (right click) -> Manage -> Device Manager -> Ports
Does something like "PS Mobile Debug" show up there?

double check that its PSM and NOT ps suite because 0.99 installs as a new program

Yes i\ and everything is fine until I start app from vita.
Like it shows up on "my computer".
Content manager and everything recognizes it.

It appears as offline in dev app and from what i read thas because I havent start app from the vita.

But if I start app from vita it Dc's

Yup i just DL today from PS website due to that reason (suite was not working so i needed to DL mobile)
