games.Considering I have no wifi access for my ps3 or

Wait, how does this solve anything? The games that are not available on the PSVita are the problem, and since games are signed and packaged for the system they are being used on, downloading using a PS3 is no better than using MediaGo.

Unless you don't have a PS3, or a friend with one, no access to one, or simply just don't want to track down one to do it.

The way it's quoted, this makes no sense.
Anyway, no way to play your PSP games on the Vita except for this one. Also, decryption keys being leaked doesn't mean the encryption keys were leaked.
