help for downgrading a psp3000 09g 6.39 to 6.20

hello again i have my psp 3000 09g and i was wondering. i know that there is already a downgrader that can downgrade a 09g to 6.20 but...i still have a couple of questions.you can see the screenshots i took on PSP EVEREST 2.It says 'Initial Firmware:6.39'. What thats suppose to mean?does it mean that i can downgrade it to 6.20?my 3000 came preloaded with ofw 6.39 .if you can help me i will thank you alot lol

1) Download this link
2) Then put folder "PSP" to the root of your memory stick.
3) Download OFW 6.20 here and put it to "PSP/GAME/UPDATE"
4) Now run DOWNGRADER in XMB and it will downgrade to OFW 6.20.
