Tested on my brothers psp.

psp 3004 TA-095v2 with model 09g FuseCFG: 0x00002A00

psp 3006 TA-095v2 with model 09g FuseCFG: 0x00003300

You can use SleepFix_10
Plugin for fixing bug with sleep mode after downgrading PSPs with TA-095v1 and TA-095v2 motherboards to 6.20.

Warning! For correct work CPU CLOCK GAME must be 222/111 or Default.

i have several units of psp fw6.60 right out of the box.
its easy to sell 6.20 perma patch units because some kids/parents dont want the hassle of running the fast recovery when the game hangs or the battery ran out of power.
Hmm thats strange... I have a PSP 3001 with 6.60 out of the box, ive tried every different "version" of this downgrader and I just get the error IDXFFFFFFFF ... Lucky you
