I'm pretty sure all TN has said is that he's making one, nothing else. Either way, whenever TN releases his 6.35TN, it will probably be a better idea for you, since I'm not 100% if 6.20TN-A can play games from higher firmwares yet(I'll know for sure tomorrow )

Okay lets list this:
-People are making new versions of plugins for TN HEN
-Dridri is working on an ISO loader for TN HEN
-TN HEN is on 6.20, meaning it has features the older firmwares don't.
-Aside from a few bugs and homebrew needing to be fixed for the new firmware, almost everything works fine.

May I ask, WHY you need to downgrade, other than impatience? Because I've seen what impatience gets you plenty of times over, and that is a big brick. Just wait until the kinks are worked out. TN even has a bit of an advantage in that it doesn't need a plugin for PSN, it just needs a small region tweak. Give up on downgrading and you will most likely save yourself money, considering you're more likely to brick than succeed.

I bricked my PSP 3000 !! I'm shocked !!
It boots, but when it tries to load the XMB I see a red screen !!
