So, I have this 02g PSP as well. TA-088v2 [thank god] Mobo.
What firmwares can I downgrade it up to? And by which method can I?

ofw 3.60 is the lowest firmware you can install on a ta-088v2. there are various methods you could use to get there, but i can't think of a reason why you would want to go that low. can you give us some more information on what you're planning on doing? then we can give better advice

I would like to go down to 5.00 M33-6 or 5.50 GEN.
I would also like to know the methods to install these.

I chose 5.00 Target FW, chose CFW. Then i start and i chose reset settings and then it says fatal error press any button to continue, it returns to the main menu. Whats the problem?

I tried it again and it worked! I am now running 5.00 M33-6!
Just tell me how to access the recovery menu on this thing! xD

Shut the PSP down.
Start it with pressed R button, and the recovery menu should appear.
