(I understand that you "think" they're your games because you paid someone for them but please, read Sony's TOS and you know that digital games CAN'T be sold to anyone else)

Believe me when I say, I know it's a sh*tty situation, It sucks to be ripped off like that. I hope that you speak to this person and they refund your money. (I think you should speak to someone from ebay and have a total refund because you were given something that didn't fit the description of what you paid for. But that is just my opinion and you will do what you like. (Just as I would))

The purchase is under eBay buyer protection. He's was not supposed to sell me his digital games(7 games total). The case is being reviewed by Ebay Customer Service right now.
