Do this downgrader support 07g and 6.37/38 OFW.

It does not. I have never seen a 07g system so I cannot make it ;)

PSP E-1000, 11g, is no PSP 3000 model, so its not compatible with lower firmwares!
This method is only working on psps with the same hardware (except motherboard); cause the hardware of all psp 3000 models is very similar.

it is perfectly safe for ANY 09g PSP. i have one on 6.20 right now.

and a cool thing, no one can update ur system. it just gives a idxffffffff error when u start an update. cool huh?

hey guys i have a psp-3004 6.35 (09G) when i click the downgrader in say's the game could not be started is there any problem with the downgrader? do i need to upgrade to 6.39 to make the downgrader work?
