I have read that with 09g I can downgrade down to 6.35, but I have already 6.30 ofw! Please, can someone clarify the concept?

You cant go lower!
Its like PSP 3000 and 3.XX OFW, or PSP 2000 and <2.XX OFW; its not possible!
