Help regarding downgrading 6.20 to 5.03

Hi there, this is my first topic.
i have a psp 3000 [3g] 6.20 pro b6. I got this psp from sony (they replaced my old 3k because it was not reading umds). I am sure that its module is 3g but sony gave this psp to me with 6.20 pre installed. So if u see the module, i can downgrade to 5.03 but if u see the company firmware, i can't go below 6.20. Please tell if i can downgrade to 5.03.

Are you 100% sure that it is a 3g? If not, then use PSPIdent or PSP Module Checker. If you are sure, reconfirm.It never hurts to be careful.

Although there is no reason for you to downgrade lower than 6.20. ChickHEN is a bit buggy and on 6.20, you have the choice of TN and PRO which both can be permanent

yes i am 100% sure....i have pspident v 0.7 and it even says possible cfw = 5.03 HEN!
and i just want to experience the 5.03 prome 4

you can downgrade, i have too a 3000 3k and the initial firmware was 5.51 but i went to 5.03 with no problem
but if you don't want a stomachache i suggest you use the signed GEN-C by JJ instead of ChickHEN or BrockHEN or MHUspeed
