What does this mean?

6.00 introduce support for model 04g
6.30 introduce support for model 07g & 09g

AFAIK, he means that the 4g psp models(I think late 3k's) came with fw 6.00,
and can't go lower than that.

exactly what NS3 said, my psp go that i own came with 5.70 ofw originally on it until i updated it to 6.10, what generation is it you think?

If theres is a downgrader, it would be nice to use and go back, maybe it would be easier to adjust TN hen on 5.70 FW to allow plugins from 5.XX, instead of converting it to a 6.20 kernel which might be a longer process, all just speculation though xD leave it to a dev to clarify
Add me, I got a ps4 ;)

As GO doesn't support under 5.70, you cannot downgrade. GO's lowest firmware is 5.70
If you can read this, you are awesome!

Guys, he's said he might make a downgrade homebrew and save himself some nid work: original post by TN: Vielleicht release ich nur 6.35 Downgrader, dann kann ich mir die ganze NID's Arbeit ersparen.
in english:
Maybe I’ll release only 6:35 Downgrader, I can save myself all the NID’s work

An iPod Touch 4g running a 5.0.1 untethered jailbreak,
A PS Vita on 2.02 OFW running TN-C for... UNO!

There are 2 different PSP-3000s, one uses 03g modules (the PSP-3000s that come w/ 4.20-5.51 new) and the other one uses 04g modules (the PSP-3000s that come w/ 5.70+ new).
PSP Go uses 05g modules
07g and 09g are currently unused AFAIK

PSP-3000_03g won't be able to downgrade lower than 5.00 (4.20 if a dump was made available)
PSP-3000_04g and PSP Go won't be able to downgrade lower than 6.00 (5.70 if a dump was made available for each model)

As ruyor said.
If you need US PSN Codes, this technique is what I recommend.
