Oh, I don't actually have a 6.20 EBOOT.

The only files I had on the PSP were the 6.3X v3.1 Downgrader and 6.20 TN-E
BAHAHAHA. this is legend. XD
get ur updater from a trusted source and you'll be right. :)
also seeing as ur friend is using a 1k, u could even consider installing 5.50 gen rather than permanent hen/lcfw. thats another option.
but seeing as the psp scene is revolving around 6.xx, id go with perma pro. :3
inferno driver ftw. o.O

Making a pandora battery is dangerous? I hard modded one a long time ago, and it was pretty easy (and then I realized how stupid I was.... it was too new  )... Maybe that's why it didn't blow up in my face. :o And it still works.
Though I don't think I would ever risk my only battery.

LOLWUT?

Who said making a Pandora results in blowing up your face? All you gotta do is take a leg of the EEPROM or cut the Line 19 which are both easy. I made my (only) battery a Pandora 5-8 times, never once blew up and I wasn't that nice with it either, mostly it was hack-n-slash :P
