If you have 6.39 (why in the world did you update?!?!?) you need to replace the downgrader with version 3.1, it is below:

If you have 6.39 download that file, open it, connect your PSP to your PC, drag the PSP folder inside the .ZIP file onto your PSP and select YES TO ALL PROMPTS.
