Downgrading PSP 3000 worries,must read

Hey guys
Yesterday i was downgrading from 6.35 to 6.31 on my psp 3000 09G whil i was downgrading the update stopped stopped at 80% and after a while it showed "update failed, contacct technical support" and then my PSP got bricked, which does prove that downgrading within a Psp's capabilities is also dangerous .

There are no PSP modules as high. At least it is unknown which PSP has those.

09g modules can't go lower than 6.35... :roll:

No, when i bought it it had ofw 6.30

Grats. You just did the worst thing ever, haven't done any research on downgrading your particular model.

You really need to check the module before going down from 6.35 even if you originally got that unit with OFW 6.30 (still higher than 6.20)

Correct me if im wrong but only PSPs with 5g below modules are downgradable (to 6.20 at least) or at least you got it with an OFW 6.20 or below then upgraded to a higher OFW
