Downgrade 6.38 ME without Pandora?

Can I just use Hellcat's Recovery Flasher to downgrade? Or am I stuck once I update? BTW I have a 1000 and haven't updated yet.

Also if you try to install this CFW on a psp 1000 it WILL brick. Only hackable psp 2000 mobo's will work.
neur0n added support for PSP 1000s to 6.38 ME.

Exactly why you, Gotmilk, should downgrade and flash to a 5.xx CFW and just patch your ISOs.
