Can't downdrade to 6.60 (09g)

Hello, I have a PSP 3001 (Brite v4.1) (09g) and the motherboard is TA-095v2. I have 6.61, and I would like to downgrade to 6.60 so I can enjoy my CTF themes. I tried 3 versions of the Chronoswitch Down grader, but all have failed. So is there any other way to downgrade?

Thank you for replying fast. Just tried it right now, got "A later version of the system software is already installed. There is no need to update" (CAAFFFFFCF7). Put both files in the GAME folder.

Might be IDStorage problems. In that case, nothing can help you.

They should work, just double click the 661 folder to open it and download any of the CTF themes you like.
