Can't Downgrade to 6.20 from 6.60/6.39/6.35

Hey Guys. I have problem with downgrade from 6.60 to 6.20, when i try i have error 'caafffffcf7' ' when i try downgrade from 6.60 to 6.39/6.35 then work but not to 6.20.

PSP 3004 TA-093 v2 4g

Help me please :)

Uninstall all CFW and try then.
