Downgraded to 6.20

Hello I've modded psp years ago and decided to pick it back up.i have a psp 3000 9g, I downgraded to 6.20 from 6.60 ofw installed 6.20 pro c cfw perma patch. What I want to know is can I upgrade the cfw to 6.60 pro c so I can use the psn

...PSN works on 6.20 PRO-C, I think. If not, use the PSNLover plugin.

There are problems with trying to use PSN on 6.20 for anything other then online gaming, I would suggest simply update to 6.60 and using PRO or ME

Yea I tried using version.txt, activated with psn but every time I go to download it says error. I'd rather keep my perma cfw then update and deal
