Well, then it was not "all well". Sometimes the effects of downgrading are not visible until you try something you never tried and everything else stop working or you get brick/semi-brick. Again:

I can verify that downgrading to 6.20 will wipe all the changes made by Pro-A on the flash0, or any other app for that matter.

IF flash1 has been corrupted, then BSOD will show up, then can it be fixed with hard reset?

FYI hard reset means shutting down the console and powering it up again. And no, that does not fix a filesystem or data corruption.

downgrading a psp will also get blue screen of death
PSP Brite 3006 Vibrant Blue Carnival Colours TA-92 03g
OFW 5.03 > OFW 6.20 > OFW 6.39 > 6.39 TN-A/PRO-B8/LME-8

Not always. There are certain conditions that let you downgrade certain PSPs with minor risk.

I downgraded my PSP and it was a success(Downgraded a few friends PSP 1000s who had one on 5.50 and the other on 6.35. A good friend of mine had a 2000 who had it on 6.37).

The same RSOD happened on both of my Sandisk 8gig sticks now. The main thing they had in common was ISO Tool. Which I just recently learned writes to Flash0 :? I should have read up and learned that it did that, I wouldn't have installed it on my 3001 4g.

I'm removing ISO Tool from my 3001 3g as we speak.

In the end it's my own fault for not reading up and jumping into something I didn't fully understand. I'm just greatful that it's only the RSOD (semi-brick) and not a full brick. :oops:
i have a question can u fix a semi brick :?: :?:
