If you try to downgrade & it said 6.60 ofw was pre-installed you will get a brick. I have a 03g model psp 3001 us region & my possible firmware cfw was 5.03 hen & up. yet it has ofw 6.20 pre-installed. Im on 6.60 ofw, lcfw pro-b10 6.60, & 6.60 lme 1.8 & will not downgrade, even though i know i can at least get down to 6.20, it could brick.

False. You can downgrade to the lowest firmware which provides files for your device. If you have a 03g 3000, you can downgrade down to 5.00 (actually 4.20, but its not avaible for public).

i managed to downgrade my 9g TA-095v2 from 6.60 to 6.20
