Post by stingray1059 » Fri Mar 30, 2012 1:46 pm

is it safe to upgrade to 6.60 a downgraded 6.20 psp? it was a 6.60 OFW. then i used pre-downgrader to downgrade it to 6.20.
i want to upgrade it again because the sleep mode bug fix doesnt work as always.

Yes, it's totally safe.

Use Frostegater's TA-095 upgrader to upgrade back.

I've done It a million times. :D

Btw, If your PSP is a TA-095v1/v2, then I'm not sure whether it will work or not.

If you want to find out what model yours is, try PSPIdent.

Good luck. ;)

thanks. it worked. no more idffffxxx error.

the problem with forced ta-095v2 6.20 downgrade was the sleep mode. the 6.20 sleep fix sometimes work and sometimes it doesnt. plus when you put it on sleep mode, the green light stays on for more than 20 seconds and it was making this wierd umd drive noise.
