Nobody has successfully downgraded a non-hackable PSP yet, meaning new 2000's, 3000's or Go's, as far as I know.

The new downgrader would probably brick those newer models. Even if it does work on post TA-88v3 mobos, It would still brick 4g 3ks if I'm not mistaken.

That aside, I both doubt the 12% claim (pretty specific, huh?) and the claim that 04g models can be downgraded to 5.03 (which is not possible).
