Did you try the flash 1 button reset combination (triangle + square + select + start at boot)? IIRC the default setting is to load UMDs at boot. I was thinking if you can get your PSP to load a UMD at startup you could use HBL to load an application that will let you access flash0. Once you had access to flash0 you could restore the font and hopefully you would no longer get a BSOD. If the steps I described don't work you'll need to send your PSP in to sony to get it repaired.

the thing is idk about the default settings if its "UMD auto start." but imma try to get the umd to work

Remove the memory stick and turn on the PSP. Wait for 1 or 2 minutes and see if it works.
