It boots with the normal psp screen then hangs. After 15 min, it shows BSOD again.

I was thinking if you can get your PSP to load a UMD at startup you could use HBL to load an application that will let you access flash0. Once you had access to flash0 you could restore the font and hopefully you would no longer get a BSOD. If the steps I described don't work you'll need to send your PSP in to sony to get it repaired.
