PSP battery help!

my battery does not stop.
there is always at 0% battery charge level information.
I do not have eeprom backup.
does anyone know a solution.
the amber light is burning.

EDIT: this is an PSP Phat Battery 1800mAh

I have tried different chargers but he does not charge.
Sometimes even while charging is completed based charger when I get out.
