PSP 3000 3.60 PRO-C questions

I have successfully installed the CFW onto the PSP 3000, but when i try to run a hombrew application i get this error

The game could not be started (8002014c)

It has been quite sometime since i messed with the PSP i originally have PSP 1000 and got the PSP 3000 as a gift.

I put the homebrew can inside the PSP/GAME/(here) directory.

Is there any fix to this or how do i run homebrew games on the PSP 3000? Can i donwgrade is to 5.00 M33-6 because that is what my PSP 1000 is on and it runs homebrew perfectly.

There isnt such a 3.60 PRO-c cfw , gk to 6.6x pro or me cfw and will homebrew work all psp have that same ofw and cfw
