1) Do I need to worry about unhackable models or motherboards, or will I be able to play psp and psx games (and emulators) [that I didn't buy] no matter what model I get? What about firmware? Is there any versions that can't be downgraded (like I read about vita's 3.6x) or I can put custom firmware on just about anything now? The way I understood it (particularly from cfw4dummies guide here), nowadays there's no hopeless cases or unhackable consoles.
2) Is there some kind of account that's bound to the console? Can I get banned for pirated games? Is there still a way nowadays to play online with someone (psx games too)?
3) I read some article about something not working because of hardware restriction of 32mb ram on psp 1000 instead of 64mb on others, but i forgot completely what it was. Are there any problems with having just 32mb? Is 64mb better or required for something?
4) Is there a way to have savestates for psx games? After searching and searching I was disappointed to find out that there seems to be no savestates feature for psx games (but hey I found an article about transfering your save files from an emulator on pc to psp). I'm just curious if anyone knows the reason? Is it impossible to implement or something?
5) Are there any useful guides for newbies that you would recommend that cover some topic fully without having to search for hours? (like the cfw4dummies guide here)
Thanks in advance.
