Dusting off my PSP. Help with plugins

Hey guys! What's up?

I've been meaning to take the dust off of my old PSP 3000 and play some sweet PS1 arcades.

Now I'm a bit confusing regarding cheats. Should I be using TempAR 1.63 or Cwcheat 0.2.3 with the classics?

Also, I'm looking for a save state plugin. Is there such a thing for the ps1 games on the psp?

Save stat no for PS1 -cant do that only normal saving like on retail PS1. For Cheats i back days used CWC but for my is now easy and better use Tempar
