Can some please explain how to fix this screen issue

I'm leaning towards replacing my screen for a third time I don't know what's causing this but I'm curious to know. I have attached a picture but it seems like i am always getting these dark spots. Do I need to replace the screen again or is this something that can be remedied or is it another problem?

I'm assuming you have a Phat PS Vita (1000), these black spots are normal, I have them on mine as well, they've been on every 1000 Vita I've seen so far.

Its not a problem all amoled screens have these spots.
