I am game developer. I really interesting with psp game. i need to hack, extract, decomplie psp game file to view data inside. I want to learn code from it. Can you help me please?

What exactly are you trying to do? Dump the contents of an ISO? just open it with like winrar, an eboot? I think leechermans tool can convert it to ISO but if not im sure a simple google could find a tool.
