How to translate your xmb with Draan localizer™

first of all read his topic (page1) viewtopic.php?f=26&t=3073
download and "install" it littel help here viewtopic.php?f=24&t=146

The essential words which you should replace:

they aren´t in many lines:
on, off, left, right, up, down, yes,no
they are used more:
Reset, cancel,Settings
often used:
Save, delete, overwrite, press, start, error, display, music, video, photo, game, folder, stop, 'Play', ...

If you renamed this words you should be abel to navigate psp with native language /~1hour work
to replace them easy use the search function in your text-editor.
If you search 'Play' without " you find also Playstaion very often or display! Do not delete "

Other often used words are:
Memory Stick, Please wait, Download, button, Image, connection

if you only want to translate/rename one word in one psp app,
you simply go to a RCO that fits to the app and search in the following lines till the next RCO
all RCO´s start with @ for example @music_player_plugin /sure it is for the mp3 player
They are sorted for a-z in the strings.txt!
Do not change signs which u can not translate example:
%1 = Sonyweb adress sure not
%e = button not sure if it is (x)

save the translated strings.txt run loalizer.exe put localizer.dat to Pluggins floder active the plugin have fun.

sure you use cut and copy with your word pad or text editor.
If you want to translate "all" words in string.txt it should be the best to translate a singel rate and search repetitions with search function.

I think 10 hours is adequate time to handel a full translation. May be you are much faster are a littel slower!

Do not change signs which u can not translate example:

if you use a button changing app you can edit them, if you find the correct button sign in the strings.txt
