I'm assuming you mean me (ruyor), and TA-090 or TA-091. TA-090v1 is a 2000 and is hackable, TA-090v2 is a 3000_03g and is not hackable, and TA-091 is a Go and is not hackable.

Err sorry ruyor, but I think you're wrong. Unhackable mobos are TA88v3 (which is a PSP 2000 and AFAIK first mobo to include the new Pre-IPL) and higher. Lower models are hackable, being TA85v2 or lower capable of pandorizing batteries as well.

The ta90v1 is hackable. Ta90v2 is not
The ta90v1 was in rare psp 2000's

The TA-090v1 has the same Tachyon (which holds the pre-IPL AFAIK) as TA-088v1/v2, it's hackable.

That's a pretty list you've got there
But I don't do LCFW's... and it takes alot of time to translate all these changelogs and add the downloads...
The text box for making big documents here at wololo.net/talk is not that helpful :/
