Some sorta cheap trick ??
Lolwut? Those are Sony's official Network Update links for 6.37.
I just downloaded and installed the 1/2/3000 one and it's 6.37.
---Edit---
The 6.30 Custom IPL (makes 6.30/31/35 boot using a pandora battery) DOES NOT work on 6.37, it ends up bricking.
phoenixv5 wrote:What custom IPL?
Can you be more specific?
I'm talking about the custom IPL that makes dual-booting on a Slim 10x easier. If you install OFW on a Slim and have Time Machine set up, you CAN'T boot to the OFW with a pandora battery unless you install a custom IPL that allows it.
I got A psp Phat With Pandora Comercial Batery and Oficial with Oficial Firmware 6.35 + Hen Signed the 6.37 Oficial Firmware Boots on this ? is possible to boot pressing a key to downgrade in 6.37 firmware Put on PSP Phat for Back to old firmware 6.35 + Hen Signed 6.35 ?? Tks for your notice because i like to test this on my PSP PHAT and no got any other Baterie only Pandora Baterie With Multi IPL on memory card to boot on dual firmware in this case in Pandora pressing L and not pressing boot to xmb 6.35 Oficial

you can play usermode homebrew by signing them. this can't be patched by a firmware update

no offense but if your son was playing homebrew and "legally backed up games" he should have known to not update, the ****.

This, unless you have PSN lover there is no need to even go near PSN when it will ask for updates.
