A few errors to point out.
1st, a PSP3000 is never 5g, only a PSPgo is 5g (and only 5g.)
A PSPgo has 2 possible motherboards (TA-91 and TA-94,) both of which can downgrade to 6.10 at their leisure.
(Technically 5.70, but that requires a 5.70 hen/cfw and a NAND backup made prior to updating.)

2nd, you have 3g and 4g listed as CIPL compatible, which is certainly is not.

CHA = Can be hacked.
PHA = Partially can be hacked.

EDIT: Also, I'm pretty sure my TA-082 came pre-installed with 2.71 OFW so I'm sure it can be downgraded to it. Please check first though, as it's been YEARS since I ran any 2.XX firmware.

Equal with the cIPL row.
The CFW/LCFW row contains this.

Btw I did a little quick fix, should be correct, if necessary I'll answer questions if something isnt clear.
The CFW or HEN/LCFW row lists the recommended version for these mother boards.

The TA-082 came with 2.71... Wrong!

YOUR PSP which has a TA-082 Mobo came with 2.71, the info is stored in the IDstorage. A TA-082 Mobo PSP of another person could have had another firmware.

@MrShyCity:

Made an own version of the comparision of motherboards and its traits ^^
