Another problem down the drain.
Had a invalid adhoc channel in my GetScanInfo implementation, now titles like Pangya Golf can initiate working connections.
Still gotta figure out some tiny things for Pangya though.

And yeah, Gran turismo will have to wait until the code supports matching. :|

Noob question since VCS and LCS are matching can't we use CHEATDEVICE by Edison Carter to edit the running code to be compatible? I'd be willing to teamview and use the PC to PSP controller for development needs?

How exactly can these games work without a server or are we using a Sony Server? I don't see how this works. How exactly can you get an online game to work?

^^^
AFAIK PRO-C uses it's own server to host the games. To my understanding, it changes some Ad-Hoc related components in a (adhoc enabled)game to send requests to the PRO-C server, and from there the game goes online.
Or not, I'm not sure how this works either

AFAIK, the server is only useful to find friends, then, it is a direct connection between friends.

It is a peer to peer system. Coldbird doesn't need to host a server online to play.
AFAIK, p2p in PRO Online will work like this:
For example player1 creates a party in the online mode of Gods Eater Burst and since he is the only user online, the PSP creates a temporary server for other players to host online parties on. Now player 2 logs on to play. His PSP first checks if there's already a "temporary" server and then joins in player1's server since there already exists one. Player1's party is displayed on player2's PSP. Player2 joins that party and player1 goes ingame with player2 to play. Later, player1 has to go and logs off and the party's disbanded. Player2 logs off too. The temporary server gets deleted automatically since no one else is online to take over as the host for that server. A few days later, player3 logs on and the PSP again creates a temporary server because no one else is online and it starts all over again. TL;DR: When player1 goes online, and if no one else is on, creates a server that others can join to play in parties, including himself.

There must be a server with static adress IP: otherwise: the psp wouldn't be able to find friends (they won't scan all possible IP in the world to check if it's a psp that want to play a game lol).

I think the p2p networking was scrapped because there were heaps of timeouts and lag problems
