How to add your homebrew to /Downloads

thinking it would be helpful to have the option receive an email if the submitted hb is accepted (may + link)

i like the new plugin but if i look to my list most of them are unknown

.. the new add feature may change this.

Yes, the database is a bit empty for now, especially for Homebrews created between 2007 and 2010, but we will progressively fix that if people start using the "add" functionality

i´m littel bit lucky to see the jr but if i look to additional links thier is no forum link. I note this for a lot of the downloads. Is it because the topics are posted befor submitter it to downloads?

There are two things:
1 - the plugin has a limit to 500 homebrews, for speed reasons.
2 - The list of 500 homebrews is updated every week. The system takes the most popular homebrews AND some homebrews that don't have many ratings. This allows people to "discover" new stuff. It is possible that Jumping Rectangle didn't make it to the list this week. Maybe I'll change the algorithm to give more "chance" for a new homebrew to show up.

Ah, sorry, I understand. Right now these links are manually added by me, I still need to add the code for other people to provide them

Glad you like it. There are lots of things I want to do to improve this database, especially a way to spot dead links, and a possibility for homebrew authors to manage their own homebrews... this might take a while, but I hope I'll find time to do that
