- Whats this APP even do?

At the moment this APP loads and a splash screen that spins is shown
if splash.jpg is in folder it shows that instead of the one built in to app
splash screen is resized to 480 x 272
if music.mp3 is in folder it plays it
then a menu is shown
press Up to remove Browser history
press Down to remove PIC0.PNG, PIC1.PNG, ICON1.PMF and SND0.AT3 files from
SAVEDATA folder
press L-trigger to remove QUICKSPLASH file from MS
press R-trigger to remove ms0:/PSP/SYSTEM/ISOCACHE.BIN from MS
press Square to make folders

Please copy the EBOOT.PBP to your memory stick in ms0:/PSP/GAME/DORAKZ
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
To change the splash screen put a jpg file
in folder with EBOOT.PBP and name it splash.jpg
splash screen is resized to 480 x 272 on screen

To change the music put a mp3 file that has a
sound rate of 44100Hz aka 44kHz
in folder with EBOOT.PBP and name it music.mp3
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
If no file named "QUICKSPLASH" is in folder with EBOOT.PBP
the splash screen is shown for 5 SEC
If a file named "QUICKSPLASH" is in folder with EBOOT.PBP
the splash screen is shown for 2 SEC

the ms0:/SEplugins/version.txt this app makes
works with media go 1.8 (Build 121)
just remember to activate the version.txt in recovery menu
reset the VSH
and then enable USB in the XMB

Known issues/problems:

If music.mp3 has a sound rate different than 44100Hz aka 44kHz
It plays it but it may sound distorted
Jpg's more than 512 x 512 can cause crash
