PSP 3000 - Screenshots plugins don't working in ISO / CSO games

Hi guys, I tried several screenhot plugins, but they just don’t work in ISO and CSO games (except Minis). In PS1, Homebrew the plugins works fine.
I tried PRXShot, PRXShotPNG, ScreenShotPNG Speedy Plugin. Tried and others.
I had a PSP 2000 and the ScreenShotPNG Speedy Plugin worked great on it.
I turned on the logs in ScreenShotPNG Speedy Plugin and a log file appeared in which "not enough memory" was written in Japanese.
Apparently there really is not enough memory, because in minis games the plugins work fine.
I tried to activate 64 mb in recovery menu, but then the games won't start at all.
Firmware 6.60 PRO C, PSP 3000.
Has anyone come across this? Any ideas for a fix?
