Help error - 80010087 psp 3000 lme 2.3 6.61

Good day,
Im new to psp hacking, as a matter of fact I bought it for my son birthday.
Its a 3000 ofw 6.61 cfw LME 2.3 with lightspeed.
my problem:
Im getting error 80010087 when I try to start any eboot games. all iso and cso are working
LME 2.3 same problem with pro-c
tried driver inferno and sony np9660 same problem

all my cso and iso are working fine, its all my eboot game that wont start with error 80010087
is there a setting that I dont know of? anybody can help out? im scared of bricking my son psp by trying too many things at once.

im registered on psn, I heard of unsigned eboot, can this be the problem? I doubt it

anyway if theres a wizard of oz in the house please help me

It can be version text related .. Check your Verion.txt at plugins and flash floder
or use a tool psp everest.
If it´s just on bought psn games maybe check
