[RELEASE] Space Ball (ONELUA)

Post by Mills » Mon Nov 24, 2014 7:34 pm

This is a puzzle game programmed in ONELUA.

In this game you have to reach a goal with a ball avoiding obstacles and trying not to get lost in space.

Updated to version 2.0 (07/2015) It now supports TV out and it has three levels.
Some memory sticks with slow read speeds will produce distorted music while loading the level or credits.

Controls:
- START: skip intro and credits
- Menu: Digital pad - X - O
- GAME:
L / R to change direction.
Push X to increase power / Release X to hit the ball.
START to pause (X exit / O continue).

Hope you like it.

More levels to be added:

Full TV Out (480p) is not working in ONELUA for the moment, it works on C (AMGLIB).
This is how it looks like on real PSP Slim:

Woah, looks like a PSP Mini, or an actual PSP Game developed by SCE or some other game development company. Nice work on this, thanks for contributing to the PSP scene :)

Awesome game man, one think I like about this one is that it uses directional buttons (I hope in full version both can be chosen analog or buttons) also I would like to ask that have you improved the textures or the reason they are looking great is due to onelua's graphic capabilities being better than luadev?

Luadev did not support any textures, just flat colours.

Even tiny textures will make an iluminated object look OK. Most of the textures i'm using, are small images (32x32 pixels...).

Hmmm....I never knew that. Btw your graphic skills are amazing. Can't wait for the full version.
