Does anyone know if it would be possible for the dev to do something like the update feature some official psp games have where you can press update from xmb and check for an update so we can auto update straight from the vita/psp without having to copy over a new version everytime he changes something? Just thought it'd be a cool thing to do for future updates but idk if it is possible or if he would even wanna do it.

UPDATE

Version 1.3 is currently still in progress. The new version will save game state when quoting and loading previous game state when launched from the XMB, I have looked into updates via the net and not been able to compile the pspsdk and oslib as the current version of my pspsdk dates back more than 3 to 4 years, so looks like updates via website downloads will remain unless I manage to update my pep dev setup.

1.3 will be signed.

If any other devs on Mac OS X 10.9 and have a pspdev with oslib it would be a big help if you could email me a copy please to developer@insoft.co.uk soI can get Nifty Lifty 1.3 finished with updates inapp updates

If you do that, there's no way of running it on VHBL.
I suggest releasing both a signed and unsigned eboot so that everyone can play it

1.3 will most likly be the last update to the game for quite a while as work on Candy Boy for iOS & PSP gets under way

Not be including the code for generating rom file in Nifty Lifty, due to the use of some functions not supported by pspsdk i will not be including this option, I will be including it as a separate file that one uses in the terminal, pre build for use on Mac OS X

I will look into compiling it for Windows and Linux users, if not just host the src code instead and someone will compile it.
RetroKit will soon be ready for downloading also.


v1.3 for iOS awaiting approval by apple, doing some last minutes check on v1.3 for PSP and then be uploading for downloading.
