I am releasing the very final version of PSPInstaller. PSPInstaller is an application for the Playstation Portable games console that allows you to easily install other homebrew, themes and more without the need of connecting your PSP to the computer.

I have brought this project back after a decent amount of demand on Wololo /Talk. This final version of PSPInstaller is now guaranteed to be online for at least 2 years and more closely resembles PSPInstaller 6.

Before uploading, try to have a screenshot of the homebrew, and make sure your ZIP file is formatted as below:

Sweet its back

Bug - When you press (X) on Exit, the PSP will show a black screen when exiting and completely shut off the system about 20 seconds later.

Tested on a PSP-2000 (details in signature).

Cannot confirm bug; Exit works properly on my CFW Brite. I'll test with my brother's PSP2000, but it could just be the universe hating you.

Also, does anyone fancy making a new icon0 and sticking on the eboot and sending it to me?

the exit bug

i took a while for the hombrew to exit (about 10-13 seconds) but no crash at all maybe it has that bug unly with the psp 2000

Head over to http://unsig.pspinstaller.co.uk and select theme from the drop down!

Hmm, might be. The bug is still present when I use the Home function to exit (no plug-ins are enabled). Either way of exiting eventually just leads to my PSP crashing...

Anyway, I've uploaded a few homebrews now.
