This homebrew looks amazing, but there aren't any downloads for CFW PSPs?
There are 7 apps for unhacked PSPs, 9 homebrew games and 4 utilities and emulators.
Will more content be added soon?

:D Of course toBsucht

Gonna be uploading lots of homebrew, it's difficult to determine compatability for CFW or OFW. But in time, there will be loads more :D

With your actual implementation, you could sign homebrews server side.
You only need to get an opensource signing tool and port it to PHP; then if someone uploads a CFW homebrew, you automatically sign it for OFW users and leave it unsigned for CFW users.
