Nand IPL Dumper!?

Hi all, I found something rather interesting. It's KanadeEngel's NAND IPL Dumper. We all know what the Nand is, we all know what the IPL is and we all certainly know what a dump is. So this is self-explanatory.

I thought I was in general (they are pretty close), but yeah homebrew section looks better
