This dumper uses kernel mode so obviously it won't work on VHBL.
Not sure if kernel rights are really required in theory though, probably if flash1: and such can be read a user mode one could be possible

TN-V 11 = dump only 000000000000000000000000000000

Ok maybe TN-V doesn't get it working since it uses many custom flash files for the xmb

IDPS Dumper v0.3 Final
Copy "EBOOT.PBP" and "regedit.prx" to the same folder.
Run program and it will dump your IDPS to <root>/idps.bin
If you want to hide your IDPS from screen hold L on program boot.
Full source code included (under GPLv3). Feel free to use it.

v0.1: initial release, untested
v0.1f: fixed one, untested
v0.2: fixed again, tested
v0.3: also dumps IDPS in human-readable form to <root>/idps.txt

Worked just fine on my Go using the regedit_PROPER file, will test on my Vitas later on. Thanks man!

TN-V 11 = dump only 000000000000000000000000000000

Will not work on HBL because prx is kernel mode.
Have no Vita to test. Try to dump idstorage via dumper by chillywilly.
